OBJECTIVE: Identify which reference services are currently are using the units of information (libraries, universities , documentation centers, governmental entities , etc). so that users can access information and resources other that account. At the same time, identify the changes that have been made in terms strategic and technological , by the persons responsible for providing support and training ( librarians and reference assistants ) to improve user interaction and provide a better reference service.
