Chapter Three
The form of Krishna

Srila Prabhupada writes: "Bhakti , bhagavan and no Bhak belong to this material world. " This is confirmed by Bhagavad-gita (14.26):

mam ca yo 'bhakti-yogena vyabhicarena sevate
sa brahma-bhuyaya gunan samatityaitan kalpate

One who is dedicated to spiritual activities of the service pure devotional once transcends the modes of material nature and is elevated to the spiritual plane.

Prabhupada writes:

From the very beginning of our discussions at the level of bhakti , we stand on the transcendental. For that reason, Vasudeva and Devaki, located in a completely pure state of devotion are beyond the material world, free from fear material. However, in the transcendental world of pure devotion leads to a concept like fear, which is due to the intensity of love. [SB 03/10/1931]

Yogamaya activity

In Vrajabhumi, Krishna displayed His very sweet and transcendental lilacs, and plays like an ordinary human child. Sometimes Krishna eats dirt. Cowherd friends used to give the complaint to mother Yasoda: "Kanu is eating dirt"

"No, mother! I have not eaten earth. "
"The other kids are claiming."
"They are telling lies! They are telling lies! "
" Have you eaten earth? "
" No! "
" Then, open your mouth! "
" AAAAAA!

The child Krishna opened his mouth, but when mother Yasoda looked inside it, saw the whole universe! She thought: "Oh, what has happened to my son! Does a witch has bewitched you? "

Yasoda never think that Krishna is Bhagavan. The Caitanya-caritamrta ( additional 6.55-56) describes:

suddha-Vatsalya isvara-jnana nahi tara
tahakei karaya preme dasya-anuka

ecstatic love makes him [Nanda Maharaja]-not to mention others-feel is a servant of Lord Krishna.

This is suddha-vatsalya priti, pure parental love, and activity yoga-maya. Under the influence of yoga-maya , Nanda and Yasoda have forgotten that Krishna is Bhagavan. If they think that Krishna is Bhagavan, there would suddha-vatsalya . His love would be mixed with jnana and aisvarya . They develop feelings of awe and reverence. While Vasudev and Devaki offered prayers, Yasoda-mata did not. Instead, Yasoda was thinking "What happened to my son? Does a witch has bewitched you? "

Knowledge and opulence

There is a difference between rasa vatsalya Nanda and Yasoda and vatsalya-rasa of Vasudev and Devaki. As the ratio vatsalya of Vasudev and Devaki is mixed with jnana aisvarya and they offered prayers. Nanda and Yasoda did not offer prayers, they are located at the level of ratification vatsalya pure.

Devaki's fear is not material. It is caused by an intense love. Devaki thought he would be ridiculed for having given birth to Vishnu, a four arms! Therefore Devaki Krishna wanted to assume a form of two arms. Therefore we asked the Lord to change its shape.

This fear is caused by an intense love. Srila Prabhupada writes in meaning [SB 10/03/1931:

As stated in the Bhagavad-gita (Javan abhijanati breast bhaktya casmi tattvatah yas) and is confirmed in Srimad-Bhagavatam ( Ekaya bhaktyaham grahyah ) without bhakti can not understand the spiritual situation of the Lord. The bhakti can be divided into three states, called guni-bhuta , pradhani-bhuta and kevala , which correspond to the three divisions of Jnana , jñanamayi and ratified or prema , ie, simple knowledge, love mixed with knowledge and pure love. With the former, we can perceive the transcendental happiness without diversity. This perception is called mana-Bhuti . When we reached the state of jñanamayi , we can understand the transcendental opulence of the Personality of Godhead. The
jnanis
, the non-brahma-vadis can not perceive varieties. "That perception is called mana-Bhuti . When we reached the state of jnana-mayi , we can understand the transcendental opulence of the Personality of God. " This map is also known as Mayi aisvarya .

In Vaikuntha and puri-dvaya -cities of Mathura and Dwarka Puri Puri-there opulence. Therefore, lilacs of Krishna in Mathura and Dwarka Puri Puri is known as aisvarya-mayi-lila . There, madhurya , sweetness, is covered by aisvarya , opulence. But vraja-lila is only madhurya , is full of sweetness. When we reached the state of jñanamayi , we can understand the transcendental opulence of the Supreme Personality of Godhead. In this state love is mixed with jnana and aisvarya . It is known as priti-sankucita or rati-sankucita , love constrained. But when it reaches the state of pure love, we can understand the transcendental form of Lord Sri Krishna, Lord Rama, etc. This pure love, prema , is why we have to toil. Prema is known as the fifth purusartha , the fifth goal of life, Pancam-purusartha .

loving exchanges between the Lord and the devotee begins when one follows the form of the Personality of Godhead, sri-vigraha nistha-rupadi . Especially in madhurya-rasa devotee follows the form of Krishna. This is particularly prema - gopi-prema, radha-prema , madhurya-rasa - which contains all Ratis - dasya , sakhya , vatsalya and madhurya - is exactly which Sri Chaitanya Mahaprabhu came to give.

The Srimad-Bhagavatam is the essence of all Vedas and Vedanta, sarva-vedanta-sara . All these issues are clarified in the Bhagavatam . A Rupa Goswami is known as rasacarya . Jiva Goswami is the tattvacarya . They are acaryas, authorities. In his Bhakti-rasamrta -sindhu (01/01/1945), Srila Rupa Goswami says:

svalpapi rucir eva bhakti-tattvavabodhika SYAD
yuktis your kevala Naiva yad asya apratisthata

Even a small taste by bhakti is a passport to understand the real nature of bhakti . Mere arguments are soundly based and do not contribute to a good understanding of bhakti .

Brahmanda bhramite kona bhagyavan jiva, jiva a lucky, someone who accumulated some ajñata-sukrti , Which has accumulated piety unknowingly seek sadhu-sanga and thanks to sadhu-sanga the jiva develop krsna-bhakti-ruci , a taste for hearing issues with the Lord. And so you understand bhagavad-bhakti-tattva . One can not understand bhakti-tattva if it adds to its own deliberations or material logic and arguments. In response to the question of Dharmaraj, Yudisthir Maharaja said ( Mahabharata, Vana-parva 313 117):

Tarko 'prathisthah srutayo vibhinna
nasav rsir yasya bhinnam
matam na
dharmasya tattvam nihitam guhayam
Mahajana gatah yena sa Pantah

arid arguments are inconclusive. If the opinion of an eminent personality is not unlike the others, this is not considered a great sage. Simple to study the Vedas, which are extensive, you can not access the right path in which to understand religious principles. The solid truth of religious principles is hidden in the heart of a pristine, self-realized. Consequently, as confirmed by sastras , one must accept the progressive path advocated by the mahajanas whatever. You can not

Vedic establish the truth if they add material or logical arguments. If they do, the theme is turned upside down and become different, very different: srutayo vibhinna . For this reason there are many philosophies, many philosophies there. Philosophies are not pure, but invented their own ideas. For thinkers. All are based on suska-yukti , arid philosophy of logic and arguments material. They can not understand this suddha-bhakti-dharma-tattva . Rupa Goswami said that one can not establish [the tattva ] by using your logic material and arguments. Three

tattvas

In Caitanya-caritamrta (madhya 20,143), Mahaprabhu says:

Kahe sambandha veda-Taylor, abhidheya, prayojana
krsna, krsna.bhakti, prema, maha-dhana-tina

In Vedic literature, the central point of attraction is Krishna, and His service is our business. Reach the level of love for Krishna is the ultimate goal of life. Therefore, Krishna, Krishna service and love to Krishna, are the three great wealth of life.

In the Vedas are three truths, tri-tattva vede kaya. These three truths are sambhanda-tattva, abhidheya-tattva and prayojana-tattva. The sambhanda is Krishna, the abhidheya is krsna-bhakti, and is prayojana prema. Sambhanda means relationship. There is only one relationship, which is the relationship with Krishna. There is no other relationship.

The figure of Krishna has three curves, tri-bhanga -lalita , and are a reference to these three tattvas : sambhanda-tattva, tattva-abhidheya and prayojana-tattva. The first curve, bhanga , forms on the feet. The second curve is formed on the lips: the left hand of Krishna Radharani is tilted. The third curve is in the heart. First are the feet, representing sambhanda-tattva, the establishment of the relationship. The deity of sambandha-tattva is Madana-mohan. The second curve is on the lips, and represents abhidheya-tattva, bhakti . The deity of abhidheya-tattva is Radha-Govinda. The third curve, which is in the heart, represents prayojana-tattva, prema . The deity of prayojana-tattva is Radha-Gopinath. The Vedas offer three priceless assets: maha dhana tub. The jiva fortunate that achieves these priceless assets becomes rich krsna-prema and thus it will become really happy. Otherwise, can not be happy.

Everything you find in this material world is related to Krishna. This is called sambandha Krishna, the eternal sambandha . Bhaktivinode Thakur says: sei ta'sambhande knows how to love: the relationship that we establish is our eternal relationship with Krishna. Here in the material world are temporary relations, anitya-sambandha . These anitya-sambandha , material relations, we only inflict sorrow, misery and suffering. But if you set your perfect and eternal relationship with Krishna, then become happy. No more misery and suffering. This is sambandha-tattva.

The abhidheya described in the Vedas is bhakti. One must achieve this bhakti. The bhakti is kartavya , duty, of all jiva, jiva because each has a perfect loving relationship with Krishna. Bhakti svarupa is the eternal nature of living entities: Jiver 'svarupa' has, krsnera 'nitya-dasa' .

These three words, bhakta , bhagavan bhakti and from the verbal root "bhaj ." "Bhaja " means "serve." Bhakta means servant, servant of Krishna and Bhagavan means Sevya-vastu, the One who is to be served. Therefore, krsna-bhakti is the duty of the jiva and krsna-prema is the only prayojana , requirement or goal. So we say "loving service." When you offer service to Krishna, it must be loving service, no regular service: priti-mayi-mayi prema-seva ara-seva . You have to recognize that they are servants Krishna eternal. His duty is to provide service to Krishna, and that service should be priti-mayi, loving service. Love is indispensable. This is prayojana-tattva, prema .

The essence of the supreme deity

In the Vedas there are three tattvas and describes three places to the pastimes of Krishna: Krishna in Dwarka, Krishna in Mathura and Krishna Vrajabhumi. Krishna's Dwarka is complete, Krishna in Mathura is complete, and Krishna in Vrajabhumi is complete in absolute degree. Krishna

Vrajabhumi is nanda-nandana-krsna , the son of Nanda Maharaja, no vasudeva krsna-nandana-the son of Vasudev. The son of Vasudev is known as Vasudeva. He who is eternally kisora is the son of Yasoda and Nanda Maharaja. Kisora refers to a boy of eleven or twelve years. This kisora is a cowherd, and is very beautiful. He is svayam-bhagavan, the original Personality of Godhead. Nanda-nandana-krsna , the son of Nanda Maharaja and Yasoda-mata, is the essence of the Supreme Deity, bhagavatta-sara. All other aspects of the Godhead are His portion, His plenary portions or portions of their parts: amsa or kala . The yuga-avatara , purusha-avatara and guna-avatara are amsa and kala of Krishna, His servings. But ete CAMS-kalah pumas krsnas your bhagavan svayam - nanda-nandana Krsna, Yasoda-nandana krishna - is svayam-bhagavan, the source of all avatars. Reservoir

sweetness

Nanda-nandana Krsna, Yasoda-nandana krishna is madhurya-maya, madhuryaka-Nilaya. Madhuryaka-Nilaya means the reservoir of all madhurya of all types of sweetness. Krishna possess four types of madhurya : rupa-madhurya , the sweetness of His supremely beautiful figure, venu-madhurya , the sweetness of his playing the flute, rati-madhurya , the sweetness of His loving exchanges, and lilac-madhurya , the sweetness of His wonderful pastimes. These four types of madhurya only displays kisora-krsna . Not deployed any of His plenary portions or portions of their lots, or amsa kala. Therefore kisora-krsna-sara is bhagavatta , the essence of the Supreme Deity. For that reason in the Caitanya-caritamrta Kaviraj Goswami said madhurya-bhagavatta-sara: kisora-krishna is the quintessence of the Supreme Personality of Godhead. Do you understand you the meaning of this word, madhurya ? In English you translate it as sweet, but not enough. There is no equivalent word in English. The English is limited. The term sweet does not cover all its meaning. The appropriate word is madhurya . It is very sweet.

What is the rupa , how madhurya-rasa? This form is nanda-nandana-krsna , Yasoda-nandana-krsna in Vrajabhumi. He is svayam-bhagavan, the original Personality of Godhead. Who can understand madhurya ? Only a premi-bhakti . If you are not a premi-bhakti can not understand. Krishna exchanges with vrajavasis , Vrajabhumi residents, especially gopis are very sensitive and are based on pure love. In other forms of the Lord, svarupa , such exchanges do not exist.

Flute

How did Krishna appears in Vrajabhumi? Gopa-vesa , venu-kara, nava-kisora , cream-rod . That's the beautiful way of kisora-krsna . He is a young cowherd who holds a flute in his hand. Nava-kisora means nitya-kisora , a child always has an age of ten or twelve years. He never goes above that age. Each time he looks younger and younger: nityam-nava- Navay-manam. He is never the same and never gets old. This form nava-kisora is Vrajabhumi. In addition, venu-kara He holds a flute in his hand. This recorder does not bear in Mathura or Dwarka. Only Vrajabhumi carries. Prabhupada has written in meaning: [SB 3/10/1931] "The special importance in Vrajabhumi, Vrindavan, Krishna holds a flute in his hands." Thus only is Vrajabhumi Krishna Nilaya madhurya-, the reservoir of all madhurya . You will never find these madhurya in any other form of Krishna.

can give an example material. A man may encounter on the road with some friends or acquaintances. For each man will look a particular way. In the office, when his co-workers, the same man will have another kind of look. And at home, when with his family, wife and children, have a different appearance. All these appearances are different. The way the house is listed on svayam-rupa, the original form and is also purna-rupa, the full form. His most intimate exchanges are performed at home. You will not see such exchanges on the street or at work.

Similarly, a nitya-kisora of Krishna and His exchanges with Vrajabhumi residents are very close and loving. You can not find these exchanges in Mathura and Dwarka. That is not is not there and no exchanges.

The Prema ceiling

Vraja-prema is the ceiling prema, prema-parakastha , and the way that you see [Vrajabhumi] is purna-rupa, the more completely. This form is svayam-rupa, the original form of Krishna. These loving exchanges between premi-bhakti and Bhagavan are the mellow of love, rasa. In the brahman find no loving mellow. In impersonal Brahman there is no activity of any sakti, brahma-nihsaktika . Thus, there is no loving exchanges with brahman . The brahmavadis , impersonality, are dry, they have no loving exchanges.

The Lord has three kinds of events: brahman, and paramatma bhagavan. Brahmeti paramatmeti sabdyate bhagavan iti. In terms of paramatma only give activities maya-sakti and jiva-sakti. No activity svarupa-sakti, the internal energy. Therefore there is no loving exchanges with paramatma . activity svarupa-sakti are loving exchanges. Since svarupa-sakti is absent at the level of paramatma, no loving exchanges with paramatma. Paramatma only gives everyone a fair way, the karma-phala they deserve the fruits of their activities. Paramatma is in the heart as a witness. He is a witness of your activities and impartially gives the result of your karma: karma phala Pradana karuchi . Thus brahman and paramatma not rasa-svarupa have no mellow. In brahman paramatma and no happiness. In both experiments ananda-svarupa , but there is no happiness resulting from an active relationship. However, svayam-bhagavan , Vrajendra-nandana-krsna , madhuryaka-Nilaya-krsna , activity svarupa-sakti is fully operational. Krishna's amorous exchanges with vrajavasis and the loving exchanges with Krishna vrajavasis are activities svarupa-sakti. This vraja-prema is the ceiling of prema .

An ordinary child

So Krishna's rasa-svarupa . He is served by five Vrajabhumi shallow main holy , dasya , sakhya , vatsalya and madhurya . Yogamaya does everything you need for hobbies occur there, and that is for this reason that both the lover and the beloved can down rasa. There is reciprocity. It is not unilateral. To enjoy the rasa, Krishna, the omniscient Supreme Personality of Godhead, the influence of Yogamaya, acts as an ordinary child. That is the business of yoga-maya . Krishna, who is Vishvambara, the maintainer of the boundless universe, want to be kept by his father and his mother, Nanda Maharaja and Yasoda-mata. The brain material can not understand, but this is tattva. Therefore both, Yasoda-mata and Nanda Maharaja, say, "Oh, Krishna is my son. Krishna is my son. He is not Bhagavan "suddha-Vatsalya isvara-jnana nahi tara . Krishna also accept and act this way. He thinks: "I will be maintained by my father and my mother, Nanda Maharaja and Yasoda-mata." This is Laly-jnana. "

Chapter Two

Vraja pure devotion

Here Srila Prabhupada has written one line: " Bhakti , bhagavan bhakta and outside the material world. " It is a very important line. Requires an elaborate explanation. Explain this one line would take many days.

Love person is ruled

Devaki was afraid. She said: "People can not believe it, and everyone will laugh at me. " "Devaki, who did not want to be teased for being the mother of Vishnu, Krishna wanted to form with two arms, and therefore asked the Lord to change his form." This fear is the product of intense love. There is a difference between vatsalya-rasa, the maternal love of Devaki and Vasudev, and vatsalya-rasa of Nanda and Yasoda. Prabhupada says here that at the Mathura and Dwarka, love the Lord mixed with recognition of opulence, aisvarya-jnana. But there is only Vrindavan or Vrajabhumi kevala-bhakti, bhakti pure. No mixing with Jnana or aisvarya . When jnana aisvarya or mixed with priti with bhakti is called sithila priti-priti-sankucita or . Love is constrained.

In Caitanya-caritamrta (madhya 19 183) mentions:

bhakta-rati-bheda bhede pañca Paraka
santa-rati, dasya-rati, rati o sakhya

vatsalya madhura-rati rati, ei panca vibheda
bhede rati-krsna-bhakti-rase pañca bheda

Depending on the particular attachment of every devotee, it is divided into five categories santa-rati, rati dasya-, sakhya rati, rati vatsalya and madhura ratio. These five categories correspond to the different attachments that devotees feel for the Supreme Personality of Godhead. The resulting transcendental mellows of devotional service are also five varieties.

Bhakta-rati-bheda bhede pañca Paraka : according to the divisions and rati bhakta, krsna-bhakti-rasa manifests itself in five varieties, panca-vibheba : santi-rati , dasya-rati, rati sakhya , vatsalya ratio and ratio madhurya . The five main mellows are holy , dasya , sakhya , vatsalya and madhurya , but holy Mahaprabhu rejected, neutrality. He said cari bhava-bhakti diya nacamu bhuvana : I will dance in ecstasy to the world by distributing the four shallow: dasya , sakhya , vatsalya and madhurya . No santa-rasa with Caitanya Mahaprabhu. Why

Mahaprabhu rejected holy? Kaviraj Goswami has explained in the Caitanya-caritamrta (madhya 19,218)

santera svabhava - krsne mamata-gandha-hina
'parama-brahma', 'parama atma'jñana

Pravin The nature of santa-rasa is that there is the slightest privacy. Rather, they are prominent knowledge of impersonal Brahman and paramatma located.

in santa-rasa no mamata love. Those who are santa-bhakta talk paramatma and parama-brahma . They never talk about personal ways of the Lord.

When the issue of pure love leaves it up, then comes out the personal way of the Lord. When addressing the issue of pure love, then we must speak of all names and forms of Lord Krishna, Govinda, Yasoda-nandana, Murlidhar, Giridhar-Dhari, Gopi-jana-vallabha, Gopi-Nathan, Gopi-kantha and Madan-mohan. As santa-rasa is not personal, it ruled Mahaprabhu. Goswami Kariraj described (Cc Madhya 19-189):

santa-bhakta - nava-Yogendra, ara sanakadi
dasya-bhava-bhakta - sarvatra Sevaka apparatus

Examples santa-bhakta Yoguendras are nine and four Kumaras. Examples of devotees imbued dasya-bhakti are endless, because such devotees are everywhere. The four Kumaras

are santa-bhakta. Are jnanis , parama-atma-jnana Pravin : among the devotees santa-rasa, the four Kumaras are eminent and very learned. Brotherly Love

The Caitanya-caritamrta (madhya 19,190) describes the devotees imbued sakhya-rasa:

sakhya-bhakta - sridamadi, pure bhimarjuna

In Vrindavan the examples of devotees are infused Sridama fraternity and Sudama. And in Dwarka are the friends of Lord Bhima and Arjuna.

There are two types of sakhya : sambhrama-sakhya and visrambha-sakhya . In Vaikuntha there are only two and a half shallow : santa , dasya and half sakhya . Sakhya mixed with awe and reverence is known as sambhrama-sakhya . That sakhya available in Vaikuntha and Ayodhya. Sakhya pure, free of awe and reverence, are only in Vrindavan. Sridama Subal and not feel awe and reverence. They sit on the shoulder of Krishna. They fight Krishna. They will rob food Krishna Krishna is about to introduce in his mouth, and Krishna the cowherd robs food they are about to introduce into their mouths. No wonder or reverence. However, in the love of Bhima and Arjuna itself is wonder and awe. In the Bhagavad-gita described that when Krishna showed his huge and terrible universal form, Arjuna was terrified, Bhit-bhitah pranamya : impelled by fear, Arjuna offered obeisances forward, backward, right and left. In the Caitanya-caritamrta is said

vasudeva-devakira krsna carana vandila
aisvarya-jnana Haila Marie Dunham bhaya

When Krishna offered prayers at the lotus feet of his father and both of his mother, Vasudev and Devaki, both felt awe, reverence and fear because they had knowledge of His opulence. Vasudev and Devaki

offered prayers when Krishna appeared with a four-armed form in the prison of Kamsa, because his bare vatsalya mixed with jnana and aisvarya . Because they were afraid, they offered prayers. But Nanda and Yasoda never offered prayers. By contrast, when Krishna was a child of two or three years old who just started walking, Nanda Maharaja asked: "Krishna, brings my wooden sandals "After place on top of his head, Krishna carried them. Nanda and Yasoda never offered obeisances to Krishna. And no prayers ever offered. Krishna

Uddhava of Vrajabhumi sent to Mathura because vrajavasis , especially women, were experiencing acute feelings of separation. After going through Krishna and Balaram, Akrura took them Mathura. And Krishna could not return. All vrajavasis were experiencing acute feelings of separation from Krishna. And in Mathura Krishna was also thinking about the vrajavasis . This is pure love. Such treatment or mutual love are there. Day and night, Krishna was always meditating on the intense love for him felt by residents Vrajabhumi: His father and his mother, the cowherd, in particular, the gopis headed by Radharani. Krishna was always thinking what to do about it. So He sent Uddhava: "Go and delivery Vrajabhumi this message of love."

opulence that love does constrain

Uddhava was a disciple of Brihaspati. Brihaspati is a jnani. So was Uddhava jnani-bhakta, although it is very dear to Krishna.

na tatha atma-yonir priyatama me na sankarah
Sankarsana na na ca ca SRIR naivatma bhavan yatha

In the Eleventh Canto of Srimad-Bhagavatam (1415) Krishna told Uddhava: atma-yonir : "Brahma is not me so dear, Sivaji is dear me no, not my brother Sankarshana I is so dear, My wife Lakshmi-devi is so dear me no, my atma, My Soul, Myself, I'm not so dear, oh, Uddhava, as you are. "

But Uddhava is a jnani-bhakta. If jnana , no prema. bhakti is mixed. When jnana and aisvarya are present, then rati-sankucita : love is constrained. The Sri Caitanya-caritamrta states:

aisvarya-jnana-pradhanye sankucita
priti na Mane dekhiye aisvarya - Kevala riti

Where the assessment of the wealth is prominent, the love of God constrains. However, according to the devotion kevala , if even the devotee contemplates the unlimited power of Krishna, it is considered equal to Him

aisvarya-jnana-pradhanye sankucita priti : when priti, love is mixed with jnana and aisvarya -knowledge and wealth-then-sankuncita priti : love is constrained. Mane na Dekhiye aisvarya - kevala riti: the pure love has no blends. Prabhupada has said here, the meaning [SB 03/10/1931]: "[There are] two kinds [of love]: aisvarya-purna , full of opulence and aisvarya-sithila without opulence. True love starts with aisvarya-sithila .... " No jnana mixtures or with aisvarya . This love is vraja-prema, and is available only in Vrajabhumi and nowhere else. In Vrindavan priti is not constrained. In Vrajabhumi Vrindavan Aisvarya is covered madhurya , sweetness. If people are aisvarya Vrajabhumi not desired. This is the difference between vatsalya-rasa of Vasudev and Devaki and vatsalya-rasa of Yasoda and Nanda Maharaja. When Uddhava came to Vrindavan, first met with Nanda and Yasoda. They were mourning, experiencing the pain of being separated from Krishna. As Uddhava had come to comfort them, told them about jnana: "Oh, Krishna is the Supreme Personality of Godhead. He is omnipresent, He is everywhere. Why are mourning? "

Nanda Maharaja replied: "Enough! Basta! Krishna is my son! Krishna is my son! Krishna is my son! " take krsne auca isvara-mati delinquent :" Good if your isvara Krishna is the Lord. But for me, He is my son! "This is called pure vatsalya . Neither Nanda and Yasoda accepted Uddhava words. Yasoda-mata said the same thing: "Enough! Uddhava, what are you saying? Enough! Krishna is my son who has sucked my breasts. " Krishna sucked the breasts of Devaki. No. Krishna sucked the breasts of Yasoda. Devaki Krishna appeared before a four-armed form, and then she offered sentences: "Please do not show me this way. I will be teased. Show me Your way of two-armed. " Then

Krishna became a baby and ordered: "Take me to Vraja, Nanda Gokul." So Vasudev took him there. Krishna, in His manifestation as the son of Vasudev, is Vasudev, the form of four arms of the Lord. But the form of two-armed Krishna is Yasoda-nandana, Nanda-nandana, the son of Nanda and Yasoda.

The appearance of Krishna Yasoda-mata

gave birth while Devaki, Yasoda-mata but fainted when they gave birth to Krishna. Yasoda did not know if he had given birth to a son or daughter. In fact, she had twins, a boy and a girl, but did not know. Under the influence of yoga-maya all vrajavasis fell asleep. At the moment she took her son Vasudev Vasudev to the maternity ward of Yasoda, the Vasudeva-as plenary portion of Krishna entered the body of Krishna, the son of Yasoda. Vasudev then took the daughter of Nanda. But also by the influence of yoga-maya , Vasudev could only see the daughter of Yasoda. As only saw the daughter of Yasoda, Vasudev took her, but the original Krishna was lying there.

Then the baby Krishna began to mourn: " Kwaa! Kwaa! Kwaa! "After hearing the screams, all Vrajabhumi women who had fallen deeply asleep, woke up. The women went to sutika grha to the maternity ward of the house of Nanda. There he saw a beautiful child bouncing a sweet essence. There are no words to describe the beauty of that child. It was as if all the beauty of the spiritual world and all the beauty of the material world are blended in this child. The hue of his skin was Ujjvala-mani-Nilakantha , bright as the blue color of a blue gem. The color of his skin also resembled that of a rain cloud newly formed nava-jala-dharah , or color of a tamal tree, tamala-taru. His face looked Kasturi-tilaka . His chest was decorated with Kaustubha-mani, and the corners of his eyes were painted with kajjala , black ointment. All auspicious features were present in his body. His hair was curly, suvarna-Kuntala , and the fingers of his hands were beautiful, and delicate fish. Cihna all auspicious marks were engraved on the palms of His hands, but to keep them hidden, Krishna did not open their hands.

When women came to the maternity ward uttered exclamations of joy and there was a tumultuous uproar. Yasoda-mata was sparked by that. She could see that she had given birth to a beautiful child bouncing a radiance like that of a transparent mirror. After seeing the reflection of his own way in the body shining son, Yasoda thought, "Oh, who is this woman who has come to take my child? It may be a witch or someone similar! Hey, you out of here! Why have you come here to take my son? "Yasoda-mata

never offered prayers as they did Devaki and Vasudev. That's the difference between rasa vatsalya Nanda and Yasoda and vatsalya-rasa Devaki and Vasudev. The vatsalya of Devaki and Vasudev is mixed with jnana and aisvarya , while vatsalya of Nanda and Yasoda is pure, not mixed. That pure love is only available in Vrajabhumi.

conjugal mellow

The Caitanya-caritamrta (madhya 19 191) describes:

madhura-rase bhakta-mukhya - gopi vraja
win-win
mahisi, Laksmi-win, win asankhya

The main devotees who are imbued with conjugal love is the gopis of Vrindavan, Dwarka queens and goddesses of fortune Vaikuntha. These devotees are legion.

These are bhaktas madhura-rasa: the gopis of Vrindavan, the mahisis -the more than 16,000 wives in Dwarka-Krishna and laksmis of Vaikuntha. Although all are bhaktas madhura-rasa, there is a difference between them. Kaviraj Goswami described in the Caitanya-caritamrta (madhya 19192-193)

krsna-rati punah prakara has Duit
aisvarya-jnana-misra, ara-bheda kevala

Attachment to Krishna is divided into two categories. The first is attachment with awe and reverence, and the other is pure attachment without feelings of reverence. Gokul

'kevala'rati - aisvarya-jnana-hina
dvaye purified, vaikunthedye - aisvarya-Pravin
Attachment
pure without feelings of reverence is found only in Vrindavan. Attachment in awe and reverence which are prominent in Vaikuntha and in the cities of Mathura and Dwarka.

While all vraja-gopis, the mahisis and laksmis are bhaktas madhura-rasa, they are of two kinds: those whose attachment is mixed with aisvarya-jnana, and those whose no mixing attachment. Srila Prabhupada has described these two categories: aisvarya-purna : full of opulence and aisvarya-sithila without opulence. The rasa of Vrajabhumi madhura is pure and not mixed with any consideration of opulence. Therefore Prabhupada says: "True love begins with aisvarya-sithila at the level of pure love." That is vraja-prema, genuine love.

Black men are not trustworthy!

Radharani's love is known as Bamya-bhava, the mood of a gopi leftist. The gopi Chandravali is Radharani's extreme right and extreme left. In love, sometimes develops abhimana Radharani, sulking. If Krishna is the kunja of Radharani, Radharani then develops a sulky mood. She then says: "Black men are not trustworthy! They are not trustworthy! Do not see those black men! "Radharani is angry, stop eating and to stop sleeping. Actually leaves everything and starts to wander aimlessly talking to stone pillars, trees and vines. Looking at the black night sky, Radharani angrily shouts: "What a face as black! Unworthy of confidence! "These are symptoms of madness, udghurna-pralapa : speak in a delirious, angry. This item is described in the Tenth Canto of the Bhagavata. Radharani is experiencing separation and is mad because Krishna was the kunja of Chandravali. And when Krishna finally arrives, Vishaka and Lalita, the intimate sakhis of Radharani, rebuke him: "Out! Out! Out! Why are you here? Our prana-priya-sakhi , our very dear friend Radharani, do not want to see. Go away! Go! Go to Chandravali! "

This is a very sweet lilac : madhurya-rasa. You can not find anything similar in Mathura and Dwarka. There, the rasa is mixed with jnana and aisvarya . True love to God begins with aisvarya-sithila , without wealth, based on pure love. Srila Prabhupada stated in these words [SB 03/10/1931]:

In loving service offered to the Supreme Personality of Godhead are five stages: santa , dasya , sakhya , vatsalya and madhurya . Devaki is located in the vatsalya stage. She wanted to relate to Krishna, the eternal Son, located at that stage of love, and therefore wanted the Supreme Personality of Godhead withdraw its opulent form of Vishnu. Srila Thakura Visvanatha Cakravarti illuminates this fact with great clarity in his explanation of this verse. Bhakti , bhagavan bhakta and outside the material world.

The appearance Krishna

In the first three chapters of the Srimad Bhagavatam is the description of the appearance of Bhagavan Sri Krishna. The appearance of Krishna is also described in the Hari-vamsa [supplement Mahabharata] and Gopala-Campu of Srila Jiva Goswami.

Play the transcendental pastimes of Krishna is an activity entirely auspicious. The Bhagavatam says

srnvatam krsnah kathah sva-punya-sravana-kirtanah
Hrdy antah stho h abhadrani vidhunoti suhrt satam

Sri Krishna, the Personality of Godhead, who is Paramatma [the Supersoul] which is in the heart of the world and is the benefactor of the truthful devotee, cleanses desire for material enjoyment from the heart of the devotee who has developed a strong desire to hear His messages, which are virtuous in themselves when they hear and sing properly.

Why is Krishna

The Bhagavata says that hearing the transcendental lila-Kahani , narration of the pastimes of Krishna Bhagavan, is an activity entirely auspicious. If you listen to full faith and focused attention, this will clean all material contamination that is in their hearts. This is the reason why Bhagavan Sri Krishna down here.

The eternal abode of Krishna in the spiritual sky known as sac-cid- anandamaya-Dhama a dhama is sanmaya , cinmaya and anandamaya : full of eternity, full of knowledge and full of bliss. Krishna is there dedicated, fully absorbed in transcendental make lilacs, especially rasa-lila. Why Krishna would come to this material world? It is His abode. It is the antithesis of His transcendental sac-cid-anandamaya-Dhama . This material world is asat-, acit and nirananda-maya : is temporary and is full of ignorance and suffering. Why Krishna comes here? What motivates you to come here?

Krishna is because it is sarva-bhutanam suhrdam : the only friend well-wisher of all living entities. Since time immemorial you have forgotten Krishna and has been in the clutches of maya , but Krishna has not forgotten you. He is your friend wisher. He always runs behind you. Krishna never leaves you. He is there in your heart as paramatma . Krishna also decreased in many incarnations to this material world, along with his dhama and His associates, and expresses pastimes. One purpose of His coming is for His lila-kahanis be recorded in books. Then His dear devotees, sadhus , vaisnavas , mahajanas will come. They preach, and will recite these pastimes. The pastimes of Krishna to be heard, one should meditate upon them, and you also have to discuss them. As a result you will get peace and bliss. Your heart is clean and then you understand your constitutional position. Krishna is your eternal love, and your constitutional position is to be His eternal servant. So down here to Krishna kridartha , for the purpose of enjoying pastimes with His dear devotees joyfully, to taste His lila-rasa , the mellow of transcendental lilac. Simultaneously Krishna also gives you the opportunity to enjoy these pastimes. In addition, Krishna comes to sadhu-samraksana , to protect His dear devotees. These are the purposes for which Krishna comes to this material world.

Nanda Maharaja's vote

The Gopala-Campu described in the assembly of Nanda Maharaja were two poets named Snigdha and Madhu Kanta Kanta * they sang songs every day. One day they began to sing the story of how Nandaraj had a son. Nandaraj held many sacrifices in order to have a child, but despite this, he had the son he wanted. Vrajabhumi residents, who were all friends Nandaraj, also made a vow and worship the Lord for Nanda Maharaja could have a child. However, the child did not come. Yasomati, the wife of Nanda Maharaja, he was very distressed. She stopped eating and always sat, head bowed and crying profusely. ________

* "Snigdha-kantha " means "voice imbued with affection" and "madhu-kanta " means "honey-soaked voice"

Nanda Maharaja became very woebegone to note the condition of his wife. The console was in many ways and said: "Whatever the will of Providence, that will happen."

His wife Yasoda-mata said: "My dear husband, I will reveal the thoughts of my heart. I have made many sacrifices and done a lot of votes. But I have not held the dvadasi-parama-vrata . "

After hearing these words, Nanda Maharaja was very happy and said: "Yes. Okay. We have not performed this vrata . We have to do it. "

Nanda Maharaja summoned to his priest. The priest described particularly in relation with the way the rules and regulations to celebrate this dvadasi-vrata.

Yogini's visit

-Yasomati Nanda Maharaja and Rani observed the vrata for one year. At the end of vrata Nanda Maharaja had a dream. Hari The Lord appeared to him and very pleased with him, said: "Your wish will come true soon. In each kalpa Advenger I like your son, and in this kalpa also will come as your son. My manifest lila child in your home. Every day you'll see My hobbies and very happy. "

Nanda Maharaja's dream ended. Was morning and the birds were singing. Decided to take a bath in the Yamuna along with his wife Yasomati, and as an act of charity was to give him great riches. All the demigods, munis rsis and came disguised as beggars to receive charity of Nanda Maharaja. After completing his bath and Yasomati Nanda Maharaja began to give charitably. Everyone was very pleased to receive this love of Nanda Maharaja. All cried out loudly: "Maharaja Nanda ki jaya !" And "Yasomati-ki rani jaya !

Nanda Maharaja then returned home and worshiped Vishnu Bhagavan. After completing their daily activities presented at the meeting and offered his respects to personalities worthy of veneration, as his gurus and brahmanas.

Kantha Snigdha's narrative continued: At that time the goalkeeper was announced and informed Nanda Maharaja a brahmacarini had arrived. After hearing the news, Nanda Maharaja stood up and welcomed him by offering a comfortable seat. Nanda Maharaja then washed her feet and worshiped him. Yasoda-mata began to mourn at the foot of the brahmacarini tapasvi . The ascetic sat to Yasoda-mata on his lap and, having laid his hand upon the head of Yasoda, blessed her, saying: "My dear queen, a good son will soon come and be born." After hearing this, all the cowboys and cowgirls exclaimed: "ki jaya Nandarani !"
Upananda
When the brother of Nanda Maharaja, he heard the news, he was very jubilant and said: "This forest of Gokula become an exalted place of pilgrimage. " Similarly, after hearing the prophecy of the brahmacarini all Vrajabhumi residents were very jubilant. All were present and offered their dandavats-pranams at the foot of the Yogini, that brahmacarini .

Yasoda's pregnancy Snigdha

Kantha continued: "My dear brother Madhu Kantha, now tell me how Krishna came to the womb of Yasoda-mata." Madhu Then Kantha revealed the truth that confidential:

For about one year Nanda and his wife observed dvadasi-vrata . Then, on the night of krsna-pratipat , the first day of the waning moon fortnight in the month of Magha , Nanda Maharaja had a dream. He saw a blue-skinned baby moving in the sky, then saw a girl with skin of golden hue. Then they entered the heart of Nanda Maharaja. Then the boy and the girl left heart Nanda Maharaja, and entered the womb of Yasoda-mata.

was Yasoda-mata and became pregnant. After hearing the new, all the gopis gopas and were very happy and jubilant. Daily organized festivals to celebrate the pregnancy of Yasoda.

As Nanda Maharaja charity gave many gifts to brahmanas and Vaisnavas . Many people came and went from the house of Nanda. No one could tell who these people were. Among the visitors also had demigoddesses.

After eight months pregnant, an astrologer told Maharaja Nanda and Yasoda-mata, "On the eighth day of the fortnight Waning Moon this month bhadra , a child born during a very auspicious tithi. When did this bhadra-krsnastami , eighth day of the fortnight of waning moon, the midwife said: "The child born today." Immediately put up a maternity ward and ornately decorated. Wreaths of flowers hung everywhere. Arches were also built using different kinds of flowers. Expert nurses arrived to take over the mother and baby. In the heavenly planets all the demigods were very jubilant. Indradev brought down plenty of rain. That day everyone was immersed in an ocean of happiness because Overlord was to be born.

All gopis remained awake that night. But due to the influence of yoga-maya Krishna, everyone fell asleep. When the baby was born everyone was asleep. Until Yasoda-mata was fast asleep. There was no pain whatsoever at the time of delivery. Without feeling any pain-killing Yasoda gave birth to Krishna, the Supreme Personality. The child was putra-ratna, a son like a priceless gem.

Mathura and Vrindavan

Exactly at the same time as Yasoda-mata gave birth to Krishna in Vrindavan, in Mathura in the prison of Kamsa, Devaki also gave birth to a child. This is described in the Tenth Canto of Bhagavatam . The Lord Hari appeared in Mathura with a four-armed form. The Lord wore a crown on His head and His four hands holding, respectively, Sankha, cakra , gada and padma : a conch, disc, mace and a lotus flower. Kanaka-kundala -karna, His ears hung earrings of gold, and his body gave off a dazzling effulgence. Although the night was dark and gloomy skies, everything was illuminated by the effulgence bouncing body of Lord Hari.

After seeing this wonderful child, Devaki offered obeisances with folded hands and then offered prayers. Vasudev bathed immediately. But how could a swim inside a prison? He did mentally, through meditation, manasa-Snana . Mentally also held a great festival to celebrate the birth of Lord Hari, and as an act of charity gave many cows to brahmanas and Vaisnavas . As Devaki, Vasudeva also offered prayers to Lord Narayan. Then Narayan said, "Take me away to Vraja-Gokul and put me in the lap of Yasoda-mata." After hearing

these words, Vasudev was very, very happy. For the wonderful will of the Lord Hari, managers stand guard at the prison also fell asleep. Both heavy iron gates were opened and the shackles, and Vasudev was able to leave without hindrance. Exactly the same time Vasudev was leaving the prison of Kamsa, Yasoda-mata gave birth to a second child, a daughter.

When Vasudev reached the banks of river Yamuna, he noticed a great flood. The water had risen and all the fields were flooded. He thought: "How I can cross?" Just then he saw Vasudev Mahamaya in the form of a female jackal crossing the Yamuna. Vasudev followed. Finally

Vasudev reached the residence of Nanda Maharaja Once there placed her son in the lap of Yasoda-mata and then took the daughter of Yasoda and took it.

The Lord comes in two different places

After hearing this story, Snigdha Kanta said, "But what I am trying to say? Yasoda-mata gave birth to a son and a daughter. Then Vasudev took her daughter. What happened to the child? "

Kantha Madhu said:" This is a very confidential. The daughter of Yasoda-mata was saksat-yogamaya . Because of His power, remained hidden from the child Yogamaya Nanda. And Vasudeva could not see. Vasudev only saw the child. "

The son of Nanda and Yasoda is svayam bhagavan, the original Supreme Personality of Godhead: CAMS-kalah ete pumas krsnas your bhagavan svayam . Nanda-nandana Krsna, Yasoda-nandana is svayam krsna bhagavan , and all avatars are His plenary portions or portions of His plenary portions - amsa and kala -.

the womb of Devaki did the four-armed form of Vasudeva, a prabhava-prakasa of Krishna. Krishna has two types of expansions: prabhava-prakasa and vaibhava-prakasa . In the temporary category of prabhava advents Mohini embodiments, Hamsa and Sukla. In the eternal category advents Dhanvantari, Risha, Vyasa, Dattatreya, Kapila, etc. The fanned-prakasa partially powerful. In this category comes into being Kurma, Matsya, Nara Narayan Rishi, Varaha, Hayagriva, Prishnigarbha, Baladeva, Yajna, Vibhu, Satyasena, Hari, Vaikuntha, Ajita, Vamana, Sarvabhauma, Risha, Vishwaksena, Dharmasetu, Sudama, Yogeswaran, Brihadbhanu, etc.

When svayam bhagavan Krishna comes, all his lots and lots of parts, amsa kala and come with Him Son Vasudev Vasudev is on a four-armed form of Lord. Vasudev is a plenary portion of Krishna. So when Vasudev placed her son in the lap of Yasoda, that entered the child Vasudev Krishna and lay there. Just as all rivers flow down to enter the ocean, similarly all the plenary portions and portions of the plenary portions of the Lord, come in their entirety and enter the original Lord. Vasudev could not understand any of this because of the influence of yoga-maya .

The Hari-vamsa (2,4,11) describes how the Lord Hari was born simultaneously in two places:

Tv kale garbha asampurne astame masi striyau you Devaki
Yasoda ca ca susubate saman Tada

In the eighth month of pregnancy, which is considered asampurna , incomplete, Yasoda and Devaki gave birth at the same time .* _________

* The meaning of the verse of Srimad-Bhagavatam 03/10/1947, His Divine Grace AC Bhaktivedanta Swami Prabhupada describes this issue: "Srila Thakura says Visvanatha Cakravarti Krishna, along with spiritual energy, Yogamaya, both as child advented of the son of Devaki and Yasoda. As the son of Devaki, Krishna and Vishnu appeared first, but as Vasudeva had not reached the position of love pure Krishna, considering adored his son Vishnu. Yasoda, however, pleased his son Krishna not understand his divine nature. That's the difference between Krishna as the son of Yasoda and Krishna as the son of Devaki. He explains Visvanatha Cakravarti on the authority of the Hari-vamsa.

Immediately after giving birth to their first child, Yasoda gave birth to a daughter, Yogamaya. Mahamaya is a portion of Yogamaya, and therefore Mahamaya was also there. Mahamaya Vasudev was then handed it to Kamsa, but Vrajabhumi Yogamaya remained hidden. For this reason it was announced that the eighth child of Yasoda was a child, and not a male. Kamsa was deceived.

Yasoda's joy

Madhu Kantha said then: "When Yasoda-mata gave birth to Krishna, they were all asleep. All were asleep the whole night. At dawn, the Lord Hari began to mourn: " Kwaa! Kwaa! Kwaa! "Everyone woke up. Yasomati also woke up and saw her beautiful son.

After seeing your wonderful, beautiful son, Yasoda was completely submerged in an ocean of bliss. Do not know what to do. She wept tears of joy and love. From her breast milk began to flow. The newborn was in the lap of Yasoda, and she looked flooded with joy. Yasoda-mata

spoke haltingly because of joy. In fact he could not say anything, just tears of love. Until that day Yasoda had only seen the children of others. But now he was watching his own son. Tears welled in her eyes and milk flowed from her breasts. All her sari was completely soaked. Again and again Yasoda-mata watching the face of his son, who resembled a lotus flower, a full moon. All nurses, and gopas gopis awoke after hearing the cries of the newborn. All came to Yasoda and exclaimed: "Oh, Not a girl but a boy! Yasoda gave birth to a son! "

All were very happy and joyful. It was as if all the people of Gokul, Vrajabhumi, had been submerged in an ocean of bliss. All gopas gopis and ran to the residence of Nanda Maharaja to see the newborn. The demigods were dancing in the heavenly planets, beating drums and chanting: " Hari bolo! , hari bolo! , hari bolo, bolo hari ! "The fourteen planetary systems rang with the sound of" hari bolo . "
In the heavenly planets
the deva-Naris , the wives of the demigods, rain began to throw flowers on Earth. All gopas and gopis danced joyously. Submerged in an ocean of happiness, they hugged each other with love and affection.

Nanda Maharaja immediately took a bath in accordance with Vedic rites. Then place the jata-karma- samskara , purificatory ceremony for the birth of a child. Brahmanas came and spoke svasti-vacana , prayers to invoke auspiciousness.

also came many musicians began to play a wide variety of musical instruments. The combined sound of drums, cymbals and other instruments reverberated all throughout the three planetary systems.

The three planetary systems were filled with supreme happiness, maha-ananda. Ptithivi-devi, Mother Earth, had been very, saddened and burdened by asuras, demons. Now the demons were going to die and must be desembarazaría Prithivi-its heavy burden. All sadhus, and vaisnanavas dvijas , brahmanas were happy. Dancing

ecstatic

When Nanda came to the maternity ward, all gopas and gopis said, "Nanda, come and behold your beautiful son. Grhe tobacco udaya haiyache sasi kata is as if many full moons had come at home. O, Nanda Maharaja!, Haila janma dibase etek Saphala , sheepskin dekha kamala Ananda way : after waiting a long time, has reached perfection in this birth. Many long years have elapsed. Come and see your child's face, which resembles a lotus. "

The news spread throughout Gokul, Vrajabhumi. All cowboys and cowgirls came in haste to the residence of Nanda. AILA gayala nandera dhaiya Mandira, Bedi Kandha bhara hate: the cowboys carried sticks in the hands and shoulders loaded Kandha bhara, bags holding a stick at both ends. As they walked to the house of Nanda Maharaja, danced and danced without stopping.

all sang: "O, Nanda, who have extraordinary fortune. Ah, now an ocean of joy has flooded home. "

Seeing the beautiful face like a lotus of his son, Nanda Maharaja began dancing ecstatically. In all sites Gokul cowboys and other people were dancing happily and clapping hands. In the heavenly planets demigods were also dancing. On the planet below, Patala, snakes were dancing. In the inner rooms of the house was Yasodarani dancing. Was dancing Siva, Brahma and Indra was dancing was dancing. Everyone was dancing full of bliss!

All cowboys came and gave gifts consisting of yogurt, turmeric and gorocana, a kind of auspicious yellow pigment. Nandarani, the wife of Nanda Maharaja, had been credited to all the good fortune and auspiciousness mine, because today she had to nilamani, Krishna, the blue gem, as his son.

Preface

Everything is books Srila Prabhupada

The Caitanya-caritamrta (madhya 24,318) said that Srimad-Bhagavatam is unlimited:

krsna-tulya bhagavata - vibhu, sarvasraya
prati prati-sloka-Aksar nana artha kaya

The Srimad Bhagavatam is so exalted as Krishna, the Supreme Lord and the refuge of everything. In each and every one of the verses of Srimad Bhagavatam, in each and every one of its syllables, there are several meanings. Srimad Bhagavatam

is equal to Krishna. Is not different from Krishna. This is described by Vrindavan Das Thakur in the Caitanya-Bhagavata ( Antya 3516):

premamaya bhagavata sri-anga krsnera
Tahath Kahena yata krsna-ranga gopya

The Srimad Bhagavatam is full of krsna-prema . Own is part of Krishna because it describes the confidential pastimes of Krishna. Bhagavata

sri-anga krsnera : the Srimad Bhagavatam is the body of Krishna. Tahat Kahena yata krsna-ranga gopya : there are described all the sweets and confidential pastimes of the Lord. vibhu Krishna is the Supreme Lord, and is also ananta, unlimited. Similarly, Srimad Bhagavatam also vibhu and ananta , the unlimited Supreme Lord.

priceless gems

Anantadeva, who resides in Patala , sustains the universe material in one of their hoods as if it were a mustard seed. With his unlimited mouths, Anantadeva has been continuously reciting Bhagavatam, and still not finished. There are four Kumaras, hearing the Srimad Bhagavatam Anantadeva manhole. Therefore, the Srimad Bhagavatam is ananta , unlimited, like a boundless ocean. If you dive deep, then deeper, and finally to the depths of the ocean, you'll get priceless gems. One of the synonyms of the ocean is Ratnakara or ratna-garbha . Ratna means gems of inestimable value, and these are in the garbha , stomach, the ocean. But who can catch them? Only someone who is immersed too deep, the deepest region, you can get these gems. If it floats on the surface, only to catch fish. Similarly, the Bhagavatam is a boundless ocean, and you have to dive deeply into it. Srila AC Bhaktivedanta Swami said: "Everything is in my books." He has given everything, but sometimes only in seed form. He only has hinted. Now you have to dive deeper and deeper, to the deepest region, so you can pick up the priceless gems out there.

Sometimes the meanings of Prabhupada require additional explanation. Bhaktivedanta meanings are unique. Vaishnava philosophy is not easy to describe. Philosophy is a very subtle, the most sublime of all. It is a philosophy very difficult to understand. Prabhupada said in a very beautiful and simple language. Srila Prabhupada is particularly representative, a saktyavesa-avatara sent by Sri Chaitanya Mahaprabhu. Otherwise, no one can give what he has given. Srimad Bhaktisiddhanta Saraswati

Goswami Maharaja Prabhupada explained Vaishnava philosophy , but you can not understand his words. His language is so intricate that you can not penetrate. Vaishnava philosophy is very difficult to understand because it has its own specific language. But Srila Prabhupada, our revered spiritual teacher, was a person specially empowered, and he said in English. In many cases the English language has no words that properly convey the meaning of the original. In this particular meaning Prabhupada tried his best to translate the ideas into English, but sometimes used the original words in Sanskrit because it could find its English equivalent.

In this meaning we talk about many things. Yesterday only read the first page of meaning. I never got it to the next page. Today I will read that page and do my best to explain it clearly, but do not know how successful I will. I know because I have no power, qualification. I am not a worthy person. Only by the mercy of Prabhupada, by the mercy of Guru and Gauranga, if they speak through me, I will try to explain. Otherwise, it is not possible.

translation and meaning
His Divine Grace AC Bhaktivedanta Swami Prabhupada

(The preface and introduction, and chapters two, three and sixteen encounters Mathura Vrindavan were culled from a series of three classes and meaning of this verse gave Sri Srimad Gour Govinda Swami in Atlanta, Georgia, 19 and June 20, 1994.)

visvam sva-Tanau yad etat nisante

When the devastation, the entire cosmos, which contains all the entities created, movable and immovable, enter into Your transcendental body and held it without difficulty. But now that transcendental form is born from my womb. People can not believe it, and everyone will laugh at me. MEANING

As explained in the Caitanya-caritamrta , there are two different kinds of loving service offered to the Personality of God-purna aisvarya , full of opulence and aisvarya-sithila without opulence. True love starts with aisvarya-sithila at the level of pure love.

premanjana-cchurita-bhakti-vilocanena
Santah sadaiva hrdayesu vilokayanti
syamasundaram yam guna-svarupam acintya
additional govindam tam aham Purusam bhajami
(Brahma-samhita 5.38)

Pure devotees, whose eyes are anointed with the balm of love, prema , want to see the Supreme Personality of Godhead in His form Syamasundara, Muralidharan, holding a flute with his two hands. That is how accessible to the inhabitants of Vrindavana, who are enamored of the Supreme Personality of Godhead in the form of Syamasundara and not in the form of Lord Vishnu, Narayana, who worship the devotees who admire Vaikuntha opulence. Devaki, although not located in the plane of Vrindavan, it is close. In terms of Vrindavan, Krishna's mother is a mother Yasoda, and at the Mathura and Dwaraka, Krishna's mother Devaki. In Mathura and Dwaraka, love for the Lord is mixed with feelings of admiration for his affluence, but not manifested in Vrindavan opulence of the Supreme Personality of Godhead.

In loving service offered to the Supreme Personality of Godhead are five stages: santa , dasya , sakhya , and vatsalya madhurya . Devaki is located at the stage of vatsalya. She wanted to relate to Krishna, the eternal Son, located at that stage of love, and therefore wanted the Supreme Personality of God withdraw His opulent form of Vishnu. Srila Thakura Visvanatha Cakravarti illuminates this fact with great clarity in his explanation of this verse. Bhakti

, bhagavan bhakta and outside the material world. This is confirmed by Bhagavad-gita (14.26):

mam ca yo 'vyabhicarena
bhakti-yogena sevate
gunan samatityaitan sa brahma-
kalpate bhuyaya

"One who engages in spiritual activities of unalloyed devotional service, at once transcends the modes of material nature and is elevated to the spiritual plane." From the very beginning of our discussions at the level of bhakti , we stand on the transcendental. For that reason, Vasudeva and Devaki, located in a completely pure state of devotion, are beyond the material world, free from fear material. However, in the transcendental world of pure devotion leads to a concept like fear, which is due to the intensity of love.

As stated in the Bhagavad-gita (Javan abhijanati breast bhaktya casmi tattvatah yas ) And is confirmed in Srimad-Bhagavatam ( bhaktyaham Ekaya grahyah ) without bhakti can not understand the spiritual situation of the Lord. The bhakti can be divided into three states, called guni-bhuta , pradhani-bhuta and kevala , which correspond to the three divisions of Jnana , jñanamayi and ratified or prema that is, simple knowledge, love mixed with knowledge and pure love. With the former, we can perceive the transcendental happiness without variety. This perception is called mana-Bhuti . When we reached the state of jñanamayi We can understand the transcendental opulence of the Personality of Godhead. But when we pure love, we perceive the transcendental form of Lord Krishna or Rama. That's what I want. Especially in madhurya-rasa, one develops attachment to the Personality of Godhead (Sri-vigraha -nistha-rupadi ). Then begin the loving exchanges between the Lord and the devotee.

The special importance in Vrajabhumi, Vrindavan, Krishna holds a flute in hand, is explained with the words ... virajate madhuri. The Lord's form with a flute in your hands is extremely attractive, and the person feels a greater attraction is Srimati Radharani sublime, Radhika. She enjoys a supremely blissful relationship with Krishna. Sometimes people can not understand why no mention of the name Radhika in the Srimad-Bhagavatam . The fact, however, is that Radhika can be derived from the word aradhana , indicating that she enjoys the loving relationships Krishna higher.

Devaki, who did not want to be teased for having given birth to Vishnu, Krishna wanted to form with two arms, and therefore asked the Lord to change his form.

Vidagdha-Madhava, 1.2

The following three verses from section ten of Prema-bhakti-chandrika Srila Narottam das Thakur:

sri-krsna-rati-mati Caitanyadeva bhave bhaja
prema -kalpa-taru-bara-data
Sri Vraja-raja-nandana-jévana-dhana Radhika
aparupa ei saba katha

Oh, brother, Sri Chaitanyadev love always, the great philanthropist who is giving away the treasure that is the desire tree of pure love Krishna. This Lord Chaitanya is actually the Lord Krishna, the prince of Vraja and the life of Srimati Radharani. Descriptions of Him are spiritual sounds. Are not material at all. Verse 12

Navadvipa Avatari 'radha-bhava angikari

Vancho tub abhilasi' 'SacI-garbha parakasi'

Lord Krishna wanted to appear on Nabadvip to understand the intense love he feels for Srimati Radharani, and body adornment adopted from her golden complexion. To meet these three wishes, the Lord appeared in the womb of Saci-devi. After the Lord appeared in this way in the material world, all His associates followed him and also appeared in the world. Verse 13

The Lord appeared
in the golden form of Lord Chaitanya and preached the message of pure love for Krishna. Thus met the three wishes he had in his mind. Only devotees can understand how wonderful Krishna, the Lord of life of Srimati Radharani, wept continuously infused with love of God. Verse 14
