take holidays in Lisbon and around one of my tasks has been to observe its cuisine, offering almost in many places only fish dishes and many of the sites range different cod recipes. Of these I prefer the first one I ate in Nazaré. The similar recipe I found is that I show below.

1 cup olive oil Black olives

Ideally, the pieces of cod are overweight, and has been desalted well, at least 24 hours before the water CANBIO several times.
