Telmex confusion Attaches delayed payment
Iusacell Telefonos de Mexico (Telmex) denied that there has been no intention Iusacell interconnection payment, and stated that the delay was due to billing confusion.

On Wednesday, Iusacell reported a five-day delay in payment for interconnection by Telmex for the month of February.
